About Me
I am in private practice in Chicago 's loop area. Following a career in retail, I felt called to the healing professions and have been serving individuals, couples, and groups aiding each to heal and move forward on their life path for the past 16 years.
My Specialties
I work with life changes, overcoming losses, addictions, abuse, mind body connection with illness, anxiety, depression, fear, codependency, healing and emotional management.
My Training
I received a masters degree from Jane Adams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Chicago . Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, post masters training from the The Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago . Yoga teacher training from The Temple of Kriya in Chicago. Hypnotherapy Certification from the Wellness Institute in Issaqua , Washington and a two year internship in advanced clinical hypnotherapy also from the Wellness Institute.
